- We are shipping orders as quickly as possible and from multiple warehouse and store locations

- These time frames are based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and start once the order leaves our warehouse

- To check on your order status, you can easily do this by logging into your account and clicking on Order History, OR
- If you do not have an account and check out as a Guest, you can check your order status here
- You will need your order #, billing zip code and email address used on that order
- Tracking numbers can be found in your account, in the Order Status feature and in your shipping confirmation email
- If you place a pick up in store order please wait for your email confirming your order is ready for pick up before visiting the store. Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick up, the store will hold the items for 48 hours. Orders not picked up within 48 hrs will be canceled.

- At the time of order placement, an authorization (or pending payment hold) is obtained
- Once your order ships, we then settle (or collect payment) for the items that ship

RETURN
INQUIRIES
- Due to high volume and increased safety procedures, please allow 14-30 business days for your return to be processed after your order has arrived at our warehouse
- You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed
- Once completed, any refunds to will post within 1-3 business days after the return is completed
- Any merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift certificate will be sent in a separate email within 24 hours after the return is completed
