Modifying Orders That Have Not Shipped
In the effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the ability to cancel or modify your order is time sensitive. If you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at (888) 725-4559, or email us within 30 min of placing your order. Please note, adjustments are not guaranteed.
Modifying Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped there is little we can do to modify it. However, FedEx Delivery Manager offers a free program for customizing your delivery options. Sign up for free at FedEx.com to change delivery address, schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold, sign for package, hold at a FedEx location and provide delivery instructions.
