Very high waisted

I tried these on in the store assuming they would fit like LP leggings and other athletic pants. However, I was surprised how high waisted these are, so much so that they felt uncomfortable and looked odd so I didn't buy them. Other than that, the fabric was pretty and soft, and the sizing was as expected.
