Lids break easily!

I have 2 of these and both of the lids where they open and close have broken. Very cheaply made. I’m waiting for a response from Lilly to my email.

Favorite cup to keep things cold

I bought this to have poolside in florida. Live it. It doesn't break. It keeps things cold and best of all it is my favorite Lily colors.

Great cup....leaky lid!

To start, I absolutely love this cup. It’s the one with the mermaid on it and my son gave it to me as a wonderful surprise for Mother’s Day. My problem… As I drink it my wine leaks out of both sides of my mouth. Please fix this leaky lid, LILLY!

I use this cup almost every time I drink wine now. It keeps my drink nice and cold for an extended time and it is easy to drink out of. I haven't had issues with the lid leaking like I have heard from others, but I also haven't really used the lid a lot. I get compliments on this every time people see me using it. I liked it so much, I sent my mom one for mother's day!

Can't get just a replacement lid you must exchange the entire product. Disappointed how much money I've spent with the company to have a product arrived damaged and can't get just a replacement lid. May have to rethink future purchases.

love the design not the lid !

I was so happy to order the travel tumbler, I love the design but the lid is not Pulitzer quality. The lid leaks liquid as you drink ! It is unbelievable. I tried to press the seal tighter
to no avail. It is a pretty cup but NOT a travel cup. I am disappointed.

I am that person that puts an ice cube in my wine - especially to take by the pool. This definitely keeps it cold. Bought this one as a gift, but I love the one that I already have. Daily use, washes well. And, its soooo pretty!

Bottom Popped Off

I received this as a gift. I followed the care directions which stated to dip the cup in boiling water for 5 minutes before use. Once I dipped the cup in, the pink bottom piece popped off. I was unsuccessful at putting the bottom piece back on. I contacted Lilly’s Customer Service but was told they could not help me as it was not purchased through their site.
