Chain broke after one gentle use

I picked up this darling purse to use foe a second time and it fell to the floor as there was a break in the chain. I had used the purse once the day before without putting stress on it.

I was shocked when I got this order. It is awful quality! It is so think and definitely will not hold up for too many uses. The idea behind the design of the bag is great, size is perfect but poor quality!!!!
