I agree with the other review, I am usually size medium on top in Lilly and other brands (36D), pants size 10 and had to size up to 12 in this top. Too tight over the chest area. I do have some space around the waist. Any died fitted dresses from Lilly seem to run tight in the bust area for me as well and have to size up from 10 to 12.

Cute and dressy top

It was way too tight around my bust, but I've noticed that any dresses or tops that are meant to be well fitted fit smaller in comparison to my usual size. I wear medium in sweaters or dresses, size 10 in pants, but had to get the top in size 12 order to have the top fit over my 36D chest area. It's a little loose around the hip area, but looks adorable.
