This is a gorgeous Lilly pink sundress that you will instantly stand out in a crowd! It makes me so happy just to wear as it is suitable for many occasions. Very flattering to bust also. I purchased a size 6. The fit has a bit of stretch, so not as close fitting as other sheath type dresses. I bought both the yellow and the pink as they are such outstanding dresses, fit well, versatile, and priced well. You will love this style and colors!

When I read all the reviews on the Shelli Stretch Dress, it became clear I needed to try this dress on before ordering online. I had our local store order the dress and went to see if the Shelli dress would work and it is absolutely perfect. The fabric does have some stretch which is perfect. The back of this dress offers such a cute feature that provides a bit of sassy class. The colors are vivid and the fit was just right. So glad I added this cheery piece to my wardrobe....

Honest Review of Shelli Dress 04/18/2022

After reading other reviews, I decided to order a size 6 so the dress would be a little more roomy. For reference, I am 5' 3 1/2" tall, Weight 117, Body Type is slender & athletic, Chest 32 C/D. I usually wear XS or Small or 2 or 4. The chest fits perfectly and I would not want it any tighter. There are bra cup liner pads that keep it modest. The straps adjust nicely. The waistline slightly hugs my slender waist. The hips are a bit too big and if I lightly grasp the extra material at the hips, the dress looks like it has bat wings (so my husband says, "So, don't do that." Ha!). The material feels stiff, a little rough, not stretchy at all. I may consider having the hip area altered slightly. The colors are wonderfully vibrant.

I went into the shop to try on the dress because I loved the picture I saw on the website. I tried it on and instantly fell in love with the dress❣️ The fit is perfect .. the material is comfortable and not restricting .. I loved it sooo much that I ordered it in another new color too!

I love Lilly, but this dress is not as described. The fabric has no stretch at all and is extremely short. I am 5’9 and wear a size 4. I definitely can not wear a dress this short. It would have been much better if the fabric has some stretch and the length was more appropriate.

This dress is very comfy, versatile, and flattering. I own it in 2 patterns was very lucky to get them on sale. The back tie can be a little tricky but I manage on my own. If you like the fit of the Jesse romper this is very similar. I’ve had no probs w/ zipper and fits TTS. I love it !!

Bought this piece on vacation and loved wearing it at dinners and in the beach towns. Great fit. It has a lining which is nice and is structured enough I didn’t feel like I needed to wear a bra with the dress which is great so the strap doesn’t show in the back

Still can't wear it

I bought this dress a month ago and I love it.. There's just one problem.. I still can't wear it because every strapless bra I own still shows in the back. I wish it didn't have that tie in the back. I wish it just had a zipper instead. Generally I wear a 6 or 8. I purchased an 8.

Zipper is poorly designed.

I love how the dress fits, but the zipper is horrible and does not stay securely closed. I will be returning the dress. This was too expensive for the zipper to be so poorly designed.
It was suggested that I take the dress to a seamstress and have a hook and eye closure added. I think it’s unacceptable to have to add something to the dress in order for the zipper to work properly.
