Smelly and cheaply made

Well, the pattern is cute. They have this awful smell though. Maybe chemical? I have now washed them 3 times and cannot get rid of the smell. They are long and the quality is pretty unimpressive. Very thin and I do not feel like they will last long. I will NOT be purchasing any more Lilly pajama pants. Sad :(
