We are excited to announce Pick Up in Store, which allows you to pick up your order within hours at your favorite local store. On each product page there is an option for “Pick Up in Store”. Click that option to see if your local store has that style in stock. As always, we love to talk to you! Feel free to call us if you need help.

We’ll let you know when your order is ready via email confirmation. Only after you have received the email are your items ready for pick up.

4. Pick Up Your Order

A store associate will be able to help once you arrive. Just head to the register and show your order pickup email. Orders should be picked up within 48 hours of receiving the order pick up notification email.

What should I expect while visiting a store?

Expect to enter our happy and colorful world with a sunny staff and excellent customer service. Be prepared to have a little fun!

How can I tell if a product is available for Store Pickup?

Shop the Styles you love! Chose your color and size, click Pick Up in Store and then select your store location.

Can I call in my order?

We would love to hear from you! If you prefer to call in your order that’s an option, too. Please call one of the local retail stores to place your order with an associate. We are happy to recommend or style outfits for you. We can also send you photos of what’s in store. After that, our team will process your payment over the phone and text you with instructions when your order is ready for pickup.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup at my local Lilly Pulitzer? And how long will it take?

You will receive a confirmation email from Lilly Pulitzer indicating that your items are ready for pickup. Note that this will come after you receive an order confirmation email. Once you receive the email stating your items are ready, a store associate will be able to help once you arrive. Just head to the register and show your pickup email. Orders need to be picked up within 48 hours.

What do I bring when picking up my order?

Please bring your pickup email. Just head to the register when you arrive to the store.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Once your order is ready for pick up, the store will hold your items for 48 hrs. Unfortunately if your order is not picked up within 48 hours, we will need to cancel your order.

Will I receive promotions currently live on www.lillypulitzer.com?

Yes, your purchase is eligible for any promotional offers that we are currently running. If the store does not have a specific gift with purchase in stock, the gift will be sent directly from our fulfillment center to your home, which may take up to 4-6 weeks.

How do I return or exchange a purchase?
