Disappointing

The cut of the dress was nice, but the fabric of this dress was stiff and made the dress look and feel cheap, as if purchased from a low quality chain store for teens. I returned the dress the same day, feeling disappointed.

The Mila dress is the classic shift. The fit works well on all body types. I traditionally size up due to the shorter length but, you can also let out the hem. I highly recommend this dress.

This is such a nice fun dress! A thicker material and lining. It would look good on all body types. It does RUN small. I am normally a size 14 in all dresses (36DDD) and I wear a 12 in the Jane shift, a 14 in other Lilly dresses and rompers, but with this I needed a 16. Even though I wear smaller pants, 8/10, and am chesty on top, this dress still flowed nice on the bottom without the hips sticking out as they do with some dresses. Happy, plus it was on sale in the store, extra happy!

Love the look n fabric. My profile shows I usually buy a size 10 in a dress from Lily. When I went to the size selection part, It Recommended a size 8 for me. Unfortunately this is a final sale item and I will never get to wear it.

Amazing quality, not so great fit

As a curvy gal who has worked and worn Lilly for the last 15+ year I’m still having trouble figuring out my exact size (as a size 10-12 I’ve owned sizing from S-L and 8-14). While parts of this dress are so amazing (fabric, trim, qualities of certain parts being flattering) the overal fit on a curvy gal 10-12+ just don’t work. I’m consistently a 10-12 in every brand and always attempt to order size 14 in Lilly shifts and they’re still excruciatingly tight around the “gut” part of the dress. Trim And back side really are flattering. But the way it hugs and ripples around my underboob to lower hip area is enough to make me not want to wear the dress :( guess I’ll have to attempt to start order a size 16 and pray it may work?!

I have this dress in multiple prints and I adore it. I bought this and the Beaumont shorts for my fiancee. The print is fantastic. I will say, I size up in the Mila Shift because I am busty. The length is great and I love the weight of the fabric.

Love, love this print! This is the Lilly I grew up with. Whimsical fun prints put Lilly on the map. The dress is well made. I placed my order Monday and everything arrived on Wednesday. Great customer service.

I wear a 6 or 8 depending on the dress. if you order this dress order one size up. It is worth the effort. The print has great charm and can be worn by any hair color. The lining is a little to heavy and speaks more about the manufacturer the the company.
