Awful awful update to the classic McKim - do not b

The new version of these sandals is the absolute WORST. The McKim has been my favorite everyday sandal for years, and this new iteration is devastating. The shape/size is not the same as previous.I tried on my normal size and they felt tight/narrow but also way too long - a very strange combination. The footbed is slippery and feels incredibly cheap and plastic-y, like something you'd buy for $10 at Walmart. You feel like you're going to slide in them as you walk. Do not buy!
Lilly, bring back the original McKim - these are awful.

Please Bring Back Old McKim Sandals!

I have worn the old McKim style of Lilly sandals for many years. These are no comparison. The footbed is slippery and uncomfortable. I felt unsteady in them. Also, they did not fit as well. I usually wear a size 9.5, and my toes were hanging off the side of these. I do not have a wide foot, so the dimensions must be off. A size larger would have been too long. These obviously are not a hit with your fan base, Lilly, so please bring back the classics. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

New McKim Sandal--Slippery Footbed, Unattractive!

My favorite "go to" sandal is the McKim thong sandal. Recently, I was in the store to buy a new pair and was introduced to the "new" McKim sandal which has a slippery, wrapped gold footbed with a most unattractive sole.
Upon returning home, I called other stores and went online and purchased six pairs of the McKim with the leather footbed that Lilly is discontinuing. Bad decision.
Please Team Lilly, bring back the McKim with the smooth, stitched leather footbed, and not only in the Gold, but in colors as in the past--Prosecco Pink, Navy Blue, White, etc.
If not, I think I'll be purchasing more Tory Burch Miller Sandals and not Lilly Pulitzer. Thank you for your consideration.

Very disappointed

I had McKim sandals with leather sole and loved them so much I wore them out! Wanted to replace them, so I ordered this new style and I don't like them at all. Yuck! Shiny gold footbed and rubber sole looks SO cheap. I will definitely be returning them.
