Wrong size

I ordered a L because I vary between M and L depending on the brand. I wanted to be safe so I ordered a L and it's wayyy too big. I love the style and color but it says I can't exchange the size because it was on sale.

The sizes run so big! The worse is that I couldn’t exchange for a smaller size because of the final sale! I will never purchase again!

I bought three dresses in size Medium and the other two fit great but this one has extra room due to the cut I guess. Order it, but order a size down.

Light and airy; ready for summer!

I wasn't sure how this dress would fit since it does not have a defined waistline, but it's actually quite flattering. I especially love the little keyhole and tassel in the back. The dress is very light and airy, which will be nice to wear out in the summer heat. The only downside is the fabric is very thin - it doesn't appear to be see through, but I wish it had a little more substance to it.

This dress is so pretty, the only thing I would change is it is a little big on top , I will definitely have to wear a Cami under it , but it is really flattering .

I went to the Lilly Somerset Collection store to try this on to see if this would be an item I would purchase in the upcoming APS. To my surprise it was on sale in the corporate store (I have never seen Lilly on sale before the date at a corporate store!!! Eek!!)
I’m petite but pretty busty so I was skeptical. Let me tell you this has a great flaired shape, is a wonderful fabric and has a just precious tie on the back. My husband who usually prefers more fitted dresses loved it and insisted I got it on the spot. Flattering in the arm area in my opinion. Great price point. Between a 2-4 in shifts and took an XS

Love, love, love! - Summer Must Have

I bought this dress to wear to the Cape and received so many compliments. I love the tassel detail and the high neck. And the Blue Peri Pinch Pinch print is great for either day or night, as the dress transitioned well with the right accessories. Its super comfy and the fit is spot on. I'm curvy with a very full chest and I love that this dress wasn't a sack and fit my figure well. I would highly recommend.

Great for the Beach

Great, soft material and colors that say summer. It is not exactly like dry wic, but after being in the heat and sun, the dress is dry. i ordered and then sized up. On a good day it would have been fine, but on a less than good day I did not want anything that clings. i ordered 2 and just ordered the 3rd for all 3 colors.

LOVE the Margot!

This has become my new favorite style of day dress from Lilly! I own it in several prints from this season and last. Easy fit, love the halter style, and I love that it's not too short! I am tall, and some Lilly dresses are just too short for me. I took my usual size XS. LOVE the Blue Peri Pinch Pinch print, too! Great dress for shopping during the day and throw a pair of wedge heels with it for dinner. Keep the Margot dress coming, Lilly!

I recently bout this dress in the Blue Peri Pinch Pinch. I love the colors in the print, they’re so vibrant and fun! The dress itself is so comfortable, it’s light weight and loose fitting. The tassels in the back are the perfect touch of fun! I was a little skeptical at first, because of some of the other reviews that said the fit wasn’t very flattering. I didn’t have that experience and I’m so happy I bought this dress!!!

Just got this dress in Mermaids Cove and the fit and style is amazing! Just remember to size down one size. The Margot is so flattering on the arms and shoulders and has all the features of a comfy swing dress! The other thing I love about it is the fabric! It's gorgeous, not tee shirt material, great quality. For the money, I highly recommend this choice!

Got this as a gift. I love the style and shape of the dress. I sized down to a S but I am unfortunately in between a S and M normally so this dress is a little long and I'm afraid that my chest is not adequately protected from view as it is really large on the armholes. I am too large in the hips for an XS so I don't think I will be repurchasing this dress in another print even though I do like it as it is very comfortable for warm Annapolis summers.

I'm slowly but surely buying ALLLL the mermaid prints. After purchasing this style last year for Independence Day, I knew it was a must have as it is comfortable AND flattering. As a curvier girl, I love my Lilly, but finding comfortable cuts can be challenging. The material feels a little strange to me, but I think after its worn it will be better.

This is the cutest dress! I usually wear a large, but I got a medium based on other reviews - perfect fit! I love how it shows off my defined arms and shoulders ( and hides my not so well defined rest of my body, lol). I can dress this up or down. Thrilled to say the least. If it comes in other fabrics I will probably get another.

While this dress may not be right for everyone, it isn’t fair to say it doesn’t look good on anyone. I am neither plus size nor a skinny mini, on the curvier side with an ample bosom. I think the Margot silhouette is very flattering! The higher neckline helps minimize my chest, and the swing shape is both retro and fun. I’ve received several compliments from strangers on the Margot pineapple print from last summer, which is one of my favorite Lilly purchases ever! I bought the Mermaids Cove this season because I already knew that I would love it...and I do!

Great summer dress

I REALLY love this dress. This is a flowy dress. Which is what I love about it. The neckline is the 2nd thing I love. It has a back tie closure so you can loosen it up or make it a little tighter. The fabric is perfect for summer, very light. The hemline hits just above my knee. Plus the mermaids cove print is amazing. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone!

This dress is not fitted so it doesn't show your curves but it is VERY comfortable and flattering! I did size down from my normal small to an x-small and it fits perfect! Perfect for very hot days! Perfect for a beach cover up or just wearing around casually!

I absolutely LOVE the fit of this dress! I do not care for the fitted dresses. I love the fabric and cut of this style and find it very flattering even tough it is not fitted. It shows off the arms and shoulders and legs while at the same time being super comfortable. I am normally a large in Lilly dresses but buy this style in a medium as I am not big in the bust, so the medium works great. I hope this style continues to come in different prints. This is a WINNER! Great job Lilly!
