Fun alternative to shorts!

I love a good skort, wear many LP skorts. This one is nice because it has stretch and is less structured, more comfortable & casual. I am 5'4 and my normal size S fits, but is on the short side. If you are tall, thinking this would be too short. Usually I want my shorts a bit bigger, sometimes go with a M just in shorts. Not sure this would work with this one, might make it too wide. Fits perfectly as is, just at 45 don't want to look too tween. I will definitely purchase more of this style.

Cute, Yet Conservative!

I bought several prints of this skort during the After Party Sale in January, 2020...they did not disappoint! I prefer the ruffled skorts, as opposed to the straight style like that of the Madison, but these are more versatile in a conservative setting. For reference, I wear a size small, I am 5'8", and I weigh 135 lbs. I will turn 40-years-old this year and have no intention of ceasing to purchase these young and fun skorts! :)

I tried it on just for fun thinking I would look stupid in a skort but it was actually pretty cute and fun. The fabric felt good and the length was perfect without showing to much of my 45 year old thighs.

This is my 4th Madison skort. So very easy to pull on with a t-shirt and go. The easy pull on waist makes it very comfortable and the fabric is incredibly soft next to the skin.

Madison skirts are perfect if you want the comfort of shorts with the style of a skirt. I have 4 and wear them everywhere-shopping, restaurants, movies, and more. The bermudaful pattern with those hibiscus was a must have for me!

I bought the Madison skort during September 2019 APS. I wore once for 3 hours, washed on delicate setting in cold water & dried flat . When I folded it I realized the entire hem stitching is
gone.... very disappointed!

Love, but hem came undone

I love this skort, it's so comfy and cute. However, the front hem came completely unraveled in my FIRST wear after only a few hours. I had not even washed it yet. I love this skort so much so I will take it to be restitched, but for the price, the quality should be a lot better. I can't sew, so now I have to pay someone to fix a brand new item.

hem unravels after washing

I really loved this skort until I washed it and the hem rolled up with no way of ironing it flat. I am not sure if the hem came undone or what! I called LP customer service and also sent an email with pictures but never heard back. I, too, was disappointed in the quality.

They are not really pockets

Fit is great, but I was so excited for actual pockets. Unfortunately they are just the top of a pocket. The button works and everything, why not add some depth?

I love this pattern, Colorful Camelflage, but I’m not crazy about the skort. It’s too short to wear to work and too thick to wear for tennis. Thinking of returning it and getting another piece in this pattern.

This was an early birthday gift from my Mom and I absolutely live it. Easy slip on style with long enough skirt/skort to wear for a nice evening out! I absolutely love it and plan to purchase at least one more!

The shorts underneath are perfect as they are not bulky and leave the appearance of just a skirt. This item is fantastic for teaching elementary school where you need to look professional but your always on the move!

I love this!! Fit is great and comfortable. Just long enough to not have to worry about pulling it down. Reluctantly bought a large, could have got a medium, but the difference makes for a smoother transition in my mid-section which make the tighter fitted top flow smoothly.

Fits true to size with some nice stretch in the waistband. Foe pockets with cute gold buttons to add a little extra pop. Great fit, a little longer than other Lilly skorts which is perfect. Absolutely adorable.

I bought three of these in different colors. They are soft and comfortable. I especially like the shorts underneath. Great if you have kids or grandkids. I’m 5’10” and wear size 4-6 in regular clothes (non Lilly) and the small fits perfect.
