What we’re doing
to keep you safe
at our stores

- Health Checks: Our store associates are required to conduct health checks before every shift and must stay home if they are feeling unwell.
- Employee Training: All store associates will take mandatory training courses dedicated to COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Social Distancing: Our associates and guests must maintain at least 6 feet of distance between themselves and others.
- Cleaning and Disinfecting: High-touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently, and we will continue to conduct additional cleanings and provide hand sanitizer in all of our stores.
- Face Coverings: Masks are not required for those vaccinated. We ask that you wear a mask if you are unvaccinated.
- Fitting Room Safety Measures: Fitting rooms are open, except in locations that are mandated closed by local regulations. In stores where fitting rooms are open, alternating rooms will be closed to maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart. As an added measure all clothing that has been tried on will be sanitized before it is returned to the selling floor.
