15 Days or Less
FREE Returns if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days of delivery date.
Returns within
16-90 Days
$7 Label Fee if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier 16-90 days after delivery date.
Returns beyond
90 Days
Returns past 90 Days or marked as Final Sale are not accepted and will not be processed.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Purchases in store and online made between November 1, 2024 and December 25, 2024 are eligible for refund to the original form of payment, if returned by Jan 15, 2025. The standard $7 return fee for online purchases will be waived during this period. For purchases returned after January 15th, 2025, the standard return policy applies.

Items eligible for return:
- Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached.
- Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number
When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with Purchase:
- Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card.
- You may keep the promotional Gifts with Purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) would still qualify after your return is processed.
Need to Exchange An Item?
We currently are unable to process exchanges. Instead, please return the item you no longer want for a refund, and reorder the correct item or visit your local retail store. For corporate store locations, please click here.
Gift Returns
If you are the gift recipient:
To ensure the credit is not issued to the gift giver, please select the "Return a Gift" flow when creating your return label.
If you are the gift giver:
Gift receipts are not needed for online purchases. Should the gift recipient need to make a return, we would simply need an order number.
Gift returns within 90 days of original ship date:
Merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on an item within 7 days of your order date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please contact service@lillypulitzer.com or call 1.888.725.4559 for assistance. To be eligible for a price adjustment, purchases must have been made at lillypulitzer.com or at one of our corporate store locations. If a discount or promotional code was applied to a prior purchase, it is ineligible for any further markdowns or price adjustments.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, or you suspect your merchandise is missing:
Please contact Customer Care within 7 days of the posted delivery date.
Returning a Store Purchase to our Fulfillment Center
If you need to return an item purchased from one of our Lilly Pulitzer corporate store locations, please include a copy of your receipt, name and contact information. Mail your return to: Lilly Pulitzer c/o Returns Dept. 800 3rd Ave, King of Prussia, PA 19406. (We are unable to accept returns from Major Department Stores, Signature Stores and Specialty Stores).
