MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
It's easy to change your account information online at any time. Simply click My Account now to access your account.
- Your email address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and serves as your Lilly Pulitzer account identification.
- Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your orders. The password assures that only you have access to your account information.
Forgot Your Password
Go to the Sign In screen and select the "Forgot password” link. From here follow the instructions to reset your password.
Changing Your Password/Email
You can update stored information in your account at any time! Sign In and click on the My Details link in your account.
Updating Your Address Book And Credit Card Information
Sign In to your account and click on the Address Book or Payment Settings link.
