Very Disappointed

I’ve had my mug for about a week. I have used it 3 times (hand washing after each use) and the paint has already started to chip and peel off. Do not waste your money if you plan to use your mug. This would be great for decoration only.

These mugs are so cute! I got 2 and I absolutely love them. I use them almost everyday. I don't have a dishwasher so the fact that they are hand wash only doesn't bother me at all. :)

Adorable but...

Adorable cute fancy perfect size mugs that make you feel fancy Love em EXCEPT they are NOT dishwasher safe. The gold on the handles is rubbing off, it even left my hands black one day from the gold rubbing off on them. Very disappointing and not so cute or fancy anymore. Guess it will be hand washing from here on out, hope it doesn’t continue to deteriorate the gold finishing.

poor attention to details

the print is beautiful and I just love the Lilly cups but its a shame how they cut around the handle.... i have gotten 5 dollars cups from elsewhere with zero issues. Lilly cups are lacking attention to details and I am trying hard to not pay attention when I am enjoying my beverage. please pay attention to how the print around the handle was poorly cut :( very disappointed

Used it twice and the pattern is not painted on! It’s a sticker. That’s a lot of money for a cheaply made cup. Washed it by hand of course and it’s still coming off! Very disappointed in this Lilly prodct

Design disintegrates

I bought this on December 23rd. I only use it once or twice a week and always washed by hand. As of today it is a white mug with a gold handle. Slowly the design was peeling off around the rim - some flakes sticking to my bottom lip. Today I finally had enough and in less than 3 minutes with a scrubby side of a sponge the rest of the design washed away. It was beautiful when I bought it but not worth it.
