Poor quality

I love this style, own many different patterns, but the heart one is such poor quality. I wash on delicate, in a garment bag, and I’ve still had to hand sew the jewels back on every time I wash. At least 2-3 per wash come detached partially or entirely. The quality is terrible for the price point, I would expect the embellishments to be more securely attached.

New favorite sweatshirt

This has to be my favorite sweatshirt. It is so soft and comfortable. I love the Navy. I would like to have more just like this one. Sometimes they are too short. This one is not. It is the perfect length and wonderful quality.

I recently purchased the Ballad Cotton Sweatshirt and absolutely love the fit and quality. However, I was disappointed when it arrived with a strong perfume odor. I reached out to customer service, and they claimed the scent was from the dyes used—but it was clearly the smell of perfume. This was my first purchase from Lily, and unfortunately, it left a bad first impression, especially since I paid for rushed shipping. While I love the sweatshirt itself, the experience was frustrating.

Eyes will love - nose not so much

The fabric is thick. The size is big and boxy. The embellishment hearts are perfection. I also bought the little girls version of this sweatshirt. I love them. However the smell of both of these tops will clear a room! You will have to launder multiple times before wearing as they downright stink.
