The Lilly Store sale begins Thursday, December 26th, 2024 through Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 during business hours. You can also shop in Lilly Stores the same dates as the online sale Monday, January 6, 2025 - Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
When can I shop the Lilly Sunshine Sale online?
The online sale begins around 8:00AM ET on Monday, January 6th, 2025 and ends at 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.
What's the fastest way to check out during the Sale?
For the smoothest checkout experience, create a digital account before the sale begins and log in once you enter the sale. Entering your email address to enter the sale does not log you in. When registering, enter a valid US shipping address that can accept packages for up to 5 weeks after the Sale. Select "Keep me signed in" on the login page to stay signed in on your device. For security, only do this on a personal device. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to log into your account between 12AM-8AM ET on January 6th, 2025.
Will new styles be added online during the Lilly Sunshine Sale?
Yes! There will be new styles added each day of the sale. Club Lilly (our free loyalty program!) members get two-hour early access to new styles online on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, and Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 11:00AM to 12:59PM ET. At 1 PM ET, new sale styles will be available to all shoppers. New releases will be held once per day. Not a loyalty member? It’s free and easy to join. Sign up now.
What is a Signature Store and are they participating in the Sunshine Sale?
Signature Stores are independently owned and operated stores that offer a complete Lilly shopping experience. You can find one near you on our store locator page. Participating Signature Stores will be on sale Thursday, December 26, 2024 – Wednesday January 8, 2025. Please call your local Signature Store for details. All Lilly Sunshine Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

When is the return policy updating?
We hope your new Lilly fits just right, but if not, we’re here to make returns easy! Effective January 23, 2025: Returns received by FedEx within 15 days are free. Returns may be made within 16-30 days with a $7 Label Fee. Beyond 30 days, items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Sale product purchased during The Lilly Sunshine Sale is Final Sale and cannot be returned.
