5" Buttercup Scallop Hem Short

I bought the navy pair in a size 16, which is the size I always wear. These sz 16s were tight in the butt and couldn't even button them. Love the Buttercup shorts, but was so disappointed in these shorts!!

I wear a size 4 normal and bought and shipped a size 2 to me... they were too big. Ordered a size zero... they seem better but suspect they will stretch out quite a bit. Cute is style and color.

These shorts are a summer staple! They are comfortable and breathable but be sure to be mindful of the color of your undergarments as the fabric is a bit sheer. Overall, definitely seeking to purchase in other colors!

Had to return these, they run way smaller than my other Lilly shorts. Wish they had fit, as the style is very cute.

I bought these for golf. They have faded terribly on the pocket where I store my tee and on the hem. Very disappointing because they were super cute and I got lots of compliments when I wore them.the first few times

Great Shorts! The True Navy goes with so many of the Lilly tops! Wish it the shorts were a tish bit longer! But am really enjoying them for the summer and the navy color will transition me into the Fall!

These used to be my go to shorts… I bought another pair and they just are not the same they seem to be made smaller and not stretch as they used to … I will keep them but wish they didn’t change whatever they did

I love these shorts. You can dress up or dress down with them. Great addition to my wardrobe. There is no stretch to these shorts. Fits as expected.

I am normally in between a size 12 and 14, so I ordered a size 14. No way these could fit! My friend who wears a size 8 couldn't even get the size 14's to button! Great quality and fabric though. Would love them if they fit.

I received product and the hem on right leg came unraveled

I bought these while I was on vacation in Orlando for the exceptionally cute feminine details at the hem of the shorts in navy. To be honest I was shocked they had my size at all. I am a plus size woman normally, so I was nervous to even try them on. Often times clothes meant for standard sized women get distorted when made bigger, and these didn't get that distorted look at a larger size, and the seams were well designed to be flattering. There is some "roll down" on the top of the shorts, but it was no worse than the shorts I normally wear designed for plus size women. The fabric mine were made in was a lovely solid searsucker like textured fabric, which is lovely, I am just not sure if it can be ironed. The only reason I took off a star on these is that none of the pockets are big enough to hold necessities (like a phone) which would mean you have to carry a purse of some type or variety, and I wish there was a larger range of sizes (even at a higher price point, everyone deserves to feel pretty!). If you are a standard size lady, or a smaller plus size lady, don't pass on these. They are super cute.

I bought one color of these shorts, and immediately bought every color, including this one. They fit so well and go with everything. My only complaint is that they snag easily. With little kids, cats, dogs, etc, I find them snagging everywhere time I wear them. Which is a big bummer. But I still love them! It wouldn’t stop me from wearing them or buying more, just a caution.

I bought my normal size online and they are really tight and if you have olive or.darker skin pretty see through.

Comfortable, universal, just perfect. Wish these would come in more solid colors like hot pink or bright blue.

I was really bummed that I purchased my usual size without trying them on. All of my other in this cut are the same; however, the solids are a different material that would’ve required 1-2 sizes larger.

I bought the same size in these shorts as I did in the skort. The skort fit perfectly but these shorts were very tight. I was surprised at how small they run. The otherwise feel like good quality, I just wish I had known to size up.

I have 4 pairs of the buttercup shorts, obviously love the style. But these blue are the softest!!

The fit of the buttercup is so flattering and feminine. I’m 5’2, 115lbs and the 0 fits perfectly.

I love the way these shorts fit, the 5” length and the adorable scalloped edges. I just wish they weren’t so see through. I detest seeing the pockets through the white material.

The fit was so horrible, and the crotch was so tight from the waist down to the seam to the crotch I could barely pull the pants up because it wouldn’t allow me to. The shorts definitely don’t fit like normal shorts. Don’t get me wrong they are very cute and the Pattern is so adorable but I will be returning these because they don’t fit well

I bought two pair, different color, same size. One pair is way off from size 4.

I love scallop shorts, I did return these because I felt white was too see through. Just a personal thing.

Got these in white and love the fit and the length!

Purchased for our daughter. Can’t beat the quality or the look of these clothes. Styles come and go but LP will remain a staple in any wardrobe.
