I just bought these and is my most favorite pattern yet!! Love the buttercup knit shorts, so very comfortable, don't bind when you move or sit. Own about every pattern in this style but this is my favorite by far!! Love Lilly clothes!!

I recently moved to Florida and decided that I needed something from Lilly since it is so quintessentially Florida. These shorts are comfortable and stretchy, but super flattering. Great length and cute pattern.

Love these shorts but why such thick fabric ? These are super cute & not too short but the fabric is super thick for shorts. Feels more like the thickness for winter leggings unfortunately

I love the buttercup shorts and after I put on a little weight I was so happy they started making them in a stretch fabric, that is a little more forgiving on my figure than the regular. During the frenzy of the most recent sale, I thought I was buying a pair of buttercup stretch shorts, only to find out that I actually bought a pair of the buttercup knit shorts. I was worried they would not fit, but once I tried them on, I didn't want to take them off. They are so soft and comfortable. I am wearing the same size as the buttercup stretch (I go up one size in the regular buttercup shorts) and am so happy I made the 'mistake' in buying these. I will definitely buy more. They feel like an athletic short but look like regular Lilly.❤️

I think these shorts are adorable and wish I could buy more but they do run large and stretch out way too much. I am a 00 so I cannot size down any more from that. It's disappointing because Lilly is one of the few places I can shop as an adult since they have smaller sizes. But some items (like these shorts) run large, so petite and smaller framed women are still limited in what they can buy here even though they carry what is supposed to be an XXS and 00.

The fabrication is amazing! Has nice stretch to them and it makes them so comfortable! I have sized down in these before. Be mindful that they do stretch and so go with what you think will be comfortable for you! Love these!

These are AMAZING. The color is so much more vibrant in person. I am a size 8, and bought these in an 8 although I probably could have done a 6. I can’t recommend these enough.

These shorts are so cute and made of comfortable material. They are the perfect length and true to size. I’m 5’9” and 150 lbs and size 8 fits perfectly. I can’t wait to get them in another print!

Bought these on a recent sale, they are my first pair of Lilly shorts, but won't be my last! I immediately loved them when I pulled them on and was impressed with the fabric and design and bright colors of these shorts. They fit slightly looser on me, and have stretch to the fabric in them. I could have gotten away with sizing down, but they are not baggy or too loose by any means. I will keep this size . They are slightly longer on my legs than the model, I am only 5ft1inch, but still hit at a flattering point mid thigh for me. The scalloped edge really makes these shorts stand out and dress up your outfit or add a fun touch. The weight of these shorts is a sturdy feeling fabric, not super lightweight cotton or flimsy, but not too heavy. I live in Florida and think they would be fine to wear in all our different levels of humidity and heat without a problem. Very glad I took a chance and purchased and will be on the look out for more of this style.
