I buy both this and an agenda each year. I like the monthly planner for just the overviews and keeping up with appointments for a busy household. This is just the month view without the weekly pages getting in the way when that's not what I want.
They are sturdy and lovely and I just feel good when I use them.

Changed for the worse

I used to get these planners all the time but since they updated the design I will never get one again. As far as the calendar portion goes it only has a monthly view, they do not include weekly pages anymore. You can't tell online but the whole agenda isn't even an inch thick since they took at all these pages out. Don't waste your time with this item.

Love the monthly planner!

My daughters and I have used the Lilly planners for years. I tried other planners that are designed for self decoration but found I just didn't have the time or patience to decorate my own planner. The Lilly planner is the best! Now that I'm an empty nester and have fewer family obligations to keep track of, the monthly planner is the perfect size - still a good size monthly calendar and plenty of space to jot down my 'to do' list for the week. And I love the travel planning pages! It's great to have a classic size planner that is thinner and more portable. The monthly planner is the perfect compromise!

Exactly What I Needed

This is the perfect planner for me. I love the monthly view and then the weekly compacted view. I am a mom of 2 with busy sports schedules. I didn't have a need for a big, bulky daily agenda. This planner fits in my work book bag and my purse. My only request would be to have a smaller spiral on the side of the planner. The big, bulky spiral makes it hard to write in the squares that are closest to it on the monthly calendar.
